Speaking the Truth in Love
Ephesians 4:15
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Thoughts:
A skeleton only functions when every bone connects properly to the next. Disconnect one joint, and the entire system suffers. Paul's vision for the church mirrors this biological truth, we're designed for interconnection. Each believer operates "according to the measure" of their gift, not in isolation but in coordination with others. Like tools in a Swiss Army knife, we're most effective when compacted together. Separation diminishes our purpose. Ask yourself today: Am I truly joined to the body, or am I trying to function independently? Lone-ranger Christianity contradicts God's framework. Your gifts aren't for personal fulfillment; they're for corporate edification. When every part works properly, the body grows and builds itself up in love. Find your place. Stay connected. Function faithfully.
Prayer:
Pray for a heart that loves genuinely and speaks truth with grace. Ask for the Holy Spirit’s guidance to communicate effectively and lovingly, even in difficult conversations, helping others grow in their walk with Christ.
