Do It All for God’s Glory

1 Corinthians 10:31
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Thought:
The glory of God is the great purpose of our lives as Christians. Life is not about our comforts, recognition, preferences and ideas, or our praise. It is about showing that God is worthy of all glory and praise. Even the ordinary parts of our life can become tremendous moments of worship when they are done with a heart surrendered to Him.

This changes the way we view daily living. Workplaces, our family, our words, our rest, and even our hardship can become places where God is honored. Today, ask this question before each major decision or action. Will this glorify God? That question can bring clarity and conviction into the ordinary moments of our life.

Prayer:
Father, make Your glory the highest desire of my heart. Help me to honor You in the small things and the great things. Let my life point others to Your worth through Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, amen.
